Very friendly and informative hosts.The hostal is in quiet area but just a short walk away from the historic sites. Good value. |

The people who own the hotel and lovely and very helpful. At breakfast there was only bread, jam, and sliced preserved meat and juice and tea or coffee. There was no fruit or hard boiled eggs (which I've often had in Spain) or even cheese. But the breakfast is really my only complaint. |

The stay at Hostal Alfonso was simply magnificent. The name "hostal" is truly misleading because what You will find is an utmost romantic boutique hotel with an especial touch of warmness. The room had the most wonderful view over the old town and cathedral and the interior was decorated superbly. The staff was especially welcoming, making the whole stay particularly homely... The warmest and sweetest hotel I´ve seen so far. |

We spent 3 nights in Hostal Alfonso and found the owner and his wife a lovely couple, very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a homely touch to it with, a little like sharing the couple's home which was very pleasant. Unfortunately we found the room (101) to be on the small side but it did provide all that was required except space to move about! If we were returning we would request a larger room.The hotel was well located, very central with a view of the cathedral. |

The hotel was very central to the city, only 2mins. walk. the staff were very friendly and one of them spoke english. |

Hotel accogliente, silenzioso, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, le camere piccole ma molto graziose, posizione ottima a circa 5 minuti a piedi dal centro città. |

Un excellent hôtel où l'on est accueilli pas comme un simple client mais comme "un ami", le couple qui gère cet établissement est très attentionné. Très bien situé, une vue imprenable sur la cathédrale. Malgré un départ très matinal, la propriétaire nous avait préparé un plateau déjeuner dans notre chambre. Hôtel très propre. |

Hotel céntrico, limpio, acogedor, sencillo (como en casa), bien de precio,con rico, los dueños encantadores y muy amables. Fue nuestro final del camino de Santiago junto con la llegada a la catedral tras muchos Kilómetros desde Roncesvalles. Todo un lujo: repetiremos. Dos peregrinos de Madrid. |

Een heel fijn, gezellig hotel dicht bij het centrum van de stad. Zeer gedienstig en hulpvaardig. Klein maar fijn is een slogan die ons dit hotel bijzonder doet aanbevelen. Tips i.v.m. resto, uitstappen en bezoeken. |
