Excellent location. Very good breakfast. Internet - 12 euro per day - in my opinion is too much. |

the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the Basilica and the Cathedral. There are loads of places that you can eat/drink good Spanish food-look for the alley ways just off the roundabout by the bus stops. avoid the local pavement cafes they are a rip off for tourists-6 euros for a large beer The room looked out to a large brick wall, no view at all. the beds were extremely hard- almost like sleeping on the floor! the coffee machine in the breakfast room was broken - hot water and sachet coffee is not very nice.but these are minor points except for the beds |

Excellent location, very good variety of food for breakfast Had asked for a non smoking room, I think thier idea of one is to hide the ash trays!! The hotel looks a bit tired, could do with a 'makeover'. |

el recepcionista que nos recibió era muy simpático, amable y eficiente No parece un hotel de 4 estrellas. Bastante viejo. Aunque tuvimos habitación de fumadores, a las 7,30 de la mañana pasaba el olor a tabaco por la ventilación. |

Posizione Hotel ottima, vicinissima sia sia alla fermata bus per/dall' aeroporto e sia ai monumenti di maggior interesse; colazione molto buona ed abbondante con orari sino alle 11! Camera pulita ogni giorno...ottima anke la hall per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per la città. Staff cordiale, discreto e gentile. |

La excelente ubicación y la insonorización del ruido de la calle. También su aspecto un poco retro. La insonorización interior: no se oye el ruido de la calle pero sí al vecino, y la moqueta, que podría cambiarse. |

la posizione, vicino al centro in una zona tranquilla pedonale con possibilità di arrivare all'interno della struttura tramite garage. le camere hanno bisogno di un rinnovo (la moquette usurata) rubinatterie da cambiare |

une cérémonie mariage je pense et toute la nuit impossible de dormir et cependant mous étions au 4 étages de ce respectable hotels. ont pense séjourne dans une boite de nuit je pense que louer dans ces conditions tiennes du vol si ont avez était prévenu mous onrions pu changer d hôtel |

Muy buena relación calidad y precio. La segunda puerta de la habitación es muy útil para eliminar los ruidos del pasillo. A primera hora de la mañana me prestaron servicio de maletero y hasta había hasta un vigilante de seguridad.En el hall de entrada hay dos mesas bajas de coleccionista, me dijeron que eran de sequoia, son unicas para admirar. Los detalles que me prestaron. Los puestos de ordenadores junto a la recepción son de pago. |

Excellent buffet pour le petit déjeuner, varié, copieux et de qualité + situation géographique centrale. Hôtel bruyant en soirée du fait de sa situation et d'une isolation phonique inexistante. Il est possible d'entendre ce qui se passe et ce qui se dit dans la chambre voisine |

Los detalles que recibí que no los esperaba: la cama de la habitación era grande de 1,50 X 2,00, los chocolates de cortesía, la tarjeta que abre la habitación lleva en el dorso una invitación al Casino de Zaragoza que esta muy cerca del hotel, me regalaron un boleto para un sorteo de los comercios del sector de la calle el día 9 de noviembre, dejé el coche en el garaje hasta la tarde y no me cobraron más importe.Gracias El interfono de la entrada de la rampa para avisar la entrada al garaje está al lado contrario del conductor. |
