Very comfortable - fantastic room and great views over the River to the City. Staff exceedingly helpful and friendly. No translation of welcome pack or Room Service menu into English so made it harder to use the facilities of the hotel. Lot of noise from an open air performance at The Beach, a little way from the hotel but the noise level was high and went on until about 1 a.m. Even with no opening windows in the bedroom it was quite hard to sleep through the noise. I know the hotel has no control over this noise pollution although they have tried to get something done. |

Staff spoke english quite good, they were kind and very helpful. Rooms are really nice and quite big and we had excelent view from the room. Very hard to find because it is quite new and my GPS, which is a little more then 1 year old, didn't know this location. |

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and very quiet. Beautiful view from the room. |

Very luxurious hotel (we got bargain for 90 euros only), very clean, ultramodern and spaceous rooms with huge whole-wall window looking on a river and the city. The room was probably specially designed for disabled (unless the whole hotel is like this) - the semi-transparent toilet door wouldn't close at all - would hang half open, there was no shower curtain, so everything got wet and slippery. Another note - you can't open the window, so if fresh air is your thing - don't go there. Very expensive restaurant. |

Los pequeños detalles en la habitacion, como los albornoces, cremas, cepillos dentales...las fabulosas vistas, la limpieza, la cama de matrimonio ( no dos camas juntas como en muchos otros hoteles) el mini bar muy caro para una pareja joven, y la upuerta del baño un poco incomoda, ya que no se cerraba y se te veia desde toda la habitacion |

la chambre, son confort, sa propreté le bâtiment de l'hôtel immense, les halls impersonnels, les couloirs menant aux chambres trop longs ressemblant à un hôpital! manque de verdure et de vie! Dommage |

Todo el personal muy atento y cordial, las vistas preciosas, la limpieza de primera.El desayuno fabuloso y el personal muy correctos....un poco caro, pero hay variedad. La recepción.El diseño es precioso y amplio pero se ve muy fria y poco acojedora, faltan plantas y algo de decoración. |

Lo mejor: La cama y la tv de plasma de 40''. Las vistas al río, al puente y al telesférico también muy buenas. Por lo general, toda la habitación muy notable. Además, la plaza de garaje y la wifi del hotel gratis. Los precios del minibar y de la carta de menú un poco carillos. |

Buen precio, desayunos, bonitas vistas a los puentes nuevos, accesos en coche. Amplitud. Decoración y estilo para mi gusto muy frío y anónimo. No disponían de la sauna ni del gimnasio que Booking anunciaba. Tampoco nos dieron la bandeja de bienvenida a pesar de que la reclamamos reserva en mano. |

El tracte rebut epel servei i la tranquilitat per la ubicació de l'hotel. Els espais diàfans fa que algunes olors del restaurant arribin als passadís de les habitacions. |

Lo moderno que es , lo bien equipadas que estan las habitaciones y el personal amable y eficaz. Me parace excesivo el precio del buffet de desayuno. el buffet esta muy bien pero por 18 euros desayunas muy bien en cualquier sitio. |

la habitación está genial. amplia, luminosa, vistas sobre el río ebro, la cama muy cómoda. lo malo del hotel que está muy lejos del centro. la ubicación, muy lejos del centro. |
