I like the interiors - simple and modern. The location is perfect. However I have two points for improvement: 1. to have an iron awailable if not in every room maybe at least in the reception for a possibility to hire (not everybody might want a full service, some are capable to iron themselfs:)) 2. the food selection was amaising, and everything was delicious but when I came down to the restaurant, tables were full of dirty plates, there were no place to seat. On the bufet glases and plates are placed in a way there are not clearly visible - I suggest reorganisation and additional staff who can prepare the breakfast room in a way that it does not look like a simple canteen but like a restaurant in a four star hotel. |

Standard western hotel...nothing particularly to like Airconditioning in my room did not work very well. Staff were off hand, and managed to loosed my laundry for a day. |

He estado como esperaba, comodo y muy confortable. Muy centrico y bien situado y la oferta con parking fue muy buena ya que el aparcamiento en zaragoza es dificultoso. |

La estancia en el hotel nos ha resultado muy grata gracias al confort de la habitación, la situación tan céntrica y la atención del personal. Además cogimos una oferta que incluía parking y nos resultó muy cómodo. Por decir algo, lo único que no nos gustó es que no reponían el gel y en su lugar ponían más champú. Lo comenté a la chica de la limpieza y me dijo que es que el gel se había agotado. Es un detalle sin mucha importancia, pero a mi me llamó la atención. |

Las habitaciones, de estética moderna, limpia, funcional, confortable. La ubicación no puede ser mejor para el visitante a Zaragoza, sea en plan turista o por cualquier otro motivo. |
