The restaurant Grill Galeón offers an à la carte service.
Next to the main swimming pool you can find the snack bar which offers a large variety of hamburgers, pizzas and other dishes.
In the bar Atlantic there are entertainment shows and other activities.
There are vending machines installed in the reception area and next to the children’s play area.
From the airport (15 km), the only way to get around is by rental car or taxi. There is no direct bus service to the Costa Teguise.
In Costa Teguise you can try out activities such as windsurfing, surfing and scuba diving. The tranquillity of the beaches here is another big attraction of the area. Las Cucharas beach with its golden sands and popularity with windsurfers is next to the complex.
Teguise is the capital of the municipality and the old capital of the island. It is now one of the main cultural and touristic centres of the island.

When I mentioned there was no kettle or toaster in the apartment, the receptionist said she would make sure they were in room when we came back and they were. So good service there. Did not overlook garden but a concrete area with a load of rubbish ie empty paint tins etc. As our stay only 1 night en route to somewhere else did not complain but had I paid full price I would have. |

The cleaning service is excellent. The hotel staff is really friendly and it's a really clean hotel. It's in a nice area, many restaurants and supermarkets close by. Good tourist agencies! We (2 friends) were really satisfied. |

Close to the beach, shops and restuarants. Apartment was spacious and maid service was good. The balcony had a reasonable view to the pool area. Staff rarely spoke unless you had a question or said hello. The bath/shower was badly covered in milldew. The fridge had a leg missing, making it unbalanced and the freezer door was missing. |

Excellent location, right by sea but still within 5 mins of main restaurant/bar areas. Good value for money. Apartment facilities were good, excellent shower. If visiting Teguise again would stay here. |

The staff were polite and friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the pool and poolside were very clean, it was in a great location next to shops and bars with the beach just across the road and it was great value for money. |

Close to sea, and amenities and reception staff very nice and helpful Some shops and their shop fronts a bit tacky nearby. Asked for sea view and did not get one although there appeared to be a lot of apartments vacant.. |

sadly not much! The apartments were very basic and needed refurbishing, if we had tried to cook a meal we would not have been able to cook much, anything that was provided needed replacing as it was all very old and damaged. The sheets were old and needed replacing, they were stained and holy. The bathroom door broke during our stay and my partner got stuck inside! One some days the "cleaning" meant a fresh toilet roll and pulling the curtains. Although our bed was made on certain days the sheets were not changed throughout our stay. All of this might have been bearable if the staff had been pleasant. We were not acknowledged once by any of the staff, there was no eye contact and certainly no friendly faces! Would certainly not go back. |

The location of the hotel is the best in Costa Teguise. We have now stayed there 3 times and have no complaints.It is excellent for children. |

The location is great, just in the heart of the tourist area, the apartments are a good size and are clean with everything you need. The kids had a great time with Alfonso and got involved in the activities he offerred, such as a go at scuba diving, squash and table tennis. He is a one man animation team. The animation programme in the evening is terrible. It consists of people coming to the hotel bar, which in itself is pretty shabby, bringing repiles or birds which they do a short show with and then charge people E20 take a photo with the animal. Sometimes they don't even show up which is annoying when you have spent the whole evening in there waiting when there are so many other more interesting places to go. All in all a great place to go, but find something else to do after 8pm - the nearby hotels have good entertainment. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English on reception. The Galeon Playa is well located for the beaches, shops and restaurants. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony. The rooms were clean and adequately furnished. There are 3 pools and plenty of sunbeds. Our bedroom was very dark with only a small high window. |
