Wireless internet access is available in the lobby and the reception area and there is also a fully-equipped meeting room with a maximum capacity of 50 people.
An all-inclusive option is available, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the buffet restaurant, as well as snacks from 09:30 to 23:30, local beverages and snacks at the snack bar from 10:30 to 17:30, cocktails at the snack bar and discos and shows from 20:00 to 00:00 every evening.
Breakfast is available every day from 08:00 to 10:00, lunch is available from 13:00 to 15:00 and the restaurant is open for dinner each evening from 18:30 to 21:00 in the winter and from 19:00 to 22:00 in summer.
Lanzarote, known as the volcanic island, has a striking rocky landscape and excellent beaches with fine sand, as well as superb water sports and leisure facilities, making it ideal for a relaxing beach holiday or an active leisure break.
The island is under protection as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO and has been since 1994. In 1987, the WTO named Lanzarote as one of the universal models of sustainable development.
The beautiful landscapes, wonderful climate, great beaches and wonderful leisure facilities mean Lanzarote is a great place for a holiday, and the idyllic tranquillity of the Costa Teguise area makes the hotel a great location for a relaxing, peaceful break. For the more active, the hotel is situated close to the island’s only golf course and the area’s water sports facilities are excellent with windsurfing, kite surfing, sailing, cycling and diving all on offer nearby. A trip to the national park of Timanfaya is a great way to explore the island’s natural beauty and admire the park’s volcanic, lunar-like landscape.

The hotel staff were great. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very nicely designed. The whole resort is well kept. You really can't fault it for the price and we got the good weather thrown in. The food contained far too much salt, there was lots of variety, but unfortunately it was very luke warm the whole time. |

* Personnel all speak perfect English * food was the best I've ever had in a Spanish hotel * better than the 4&5* hotels I went to before * internet at the lobby computers for 1 euro/15min, easy if you just want to check your email * trendy design in the room * enough parking space near the hotel * supermarket in hotel and at a 1min. Drive * beds are made 6/7 days * enough sun beds * eur 15 deposit for beach towel, but you get that back, so no problem * I'm a frequent traveller, always staying in 4/5* hotels & this 3* can easily compete: don't doubt, just book it !!!! |

Vriendelijke ontvangst / personeel, direct na aankomst kamer werd geinformeerd of alles naar wens was. Personeel niets te beroerd om iets lekkers voor je klaar te maken (pasta, tostie etc.). Veel keus buffet, bediening en opruimen tafels dik in orde. Moderne inrichting kamer. |

Het is een mooi hotel, met ruime appartementen, veel faciliteiten en een zeer goede dienstverlening. Het hotel telt voornamelijk engelse gasten en dat vind je terug in het ontbijtbuffet maar het eten is gevarieerd en van goede kwaliteit. Kamers zijn proper en worden dagelijks gepoetst. Het eten was zeer lekker maar het is meestal net niet warm genoeg. |

El hotel estaba bien. La comida era abundante asi como la bebida. Use un todo incluido y no tengo ninguna queja de ello. Se encuentra muy cerquita de todos las atracciones de la isla. No hicieron la cama. Estuve intentando realizar el pago de la reserva anticipada debido a que se tratraba de un regalo y no me fue posible. Me respondieron cuando ya se habia efecutado la reserva. |

La ubicación y el trato del personal La comida. Bastante orientada al gusto del turismo inglés y alemán. El horario de la cena, no te daba mucha opción a poder llegar algo más tarde si estabas visitando otras partes de la isla. |

El personal del hotel en general. Atención especial merecen Iratxe, Cristina y Paul de recepción, así como María la gobernanta, Nina, Alejandro y Rafael del restaurante (aunque este último en esta ocasión estaba de vacaciones). Ellos y otros hacen confortable la estancia. Que se esté llenando de turistas españoles con poca clase y educación. |

La amplitud de la habitaciones Los empleados no hablan castellano. Está abarrotado, no había ningún show ni nada de ambiente por la noche. No hacen la habitación todos los días. El servicio es bastante regular. No volvería, ni loca. |

Heel vriendelijk onthaal, vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamers. Het animatieteam was vriendelijk en zeker niet lastig, als je wilt meedoen doe je mee en heb je geen zin is dit voor hun geen probleem wat het aangenaam maakt. Voor kindjes zijn ze heel goed! Kakkerlakken indien je op het gelijkvloers zit, maar het personeel doet er alles aan om ze wg te jagen. Het eten nogal 'Engels-gericht'. In het algemeen was alles nogal naar de Engelsen gericht op eht eiland waardoor je je meer in Engeland voelt dan in Spanje. Maar is verstaanbaar gezien ze leven van toerisme en de Engelsen hun grootste aantrekkingspunt zijn. |
