The building and grounds are stunning, and perfectly placed for visiting the old city. The garden restaurant is a lovely setting for a meal. We might have had dinner there if we had realised that there was a menu at a price that we felt comfortable with. Perhaps something more conspicuous about this? |

Hotel and restaurant was perfect. Location is also very good. Easy to find, easy to go by car, easy to go to the old town from there. Staff was very polite. Design is very nice. I think the best choice in Toledo. |

I really enjoyed the grounds of the hotel Even though the restaurant is reputed to be the best in Toledo we thought the food was not particularly excellent. We went one night, but did not go the second night. |

Location, just outside the wall of the old city district, was perfect. The views from the hotel were wonderful. Staff was very friendly. Steps, steps steps...a ramp and / or a lift is very much needed. The plants in the palnter pots around the main enterance needed some fresh annuals planted and watered. |

Es un hotel encantador, el entorno, integrado en las murallas árabes, los jardínes, el mobiliario, el personal es muy amable, y aunque las escaleras para acceder le hacen un poco incómodo, vale la pena. |

La atención del personal destacando el trato recibido por los recepcionistas. Tuvimos una avería en el coche y estuvieron muy atentos cuando necesitamos información sobre taxis y horarios de trenes. Para hacernos más cómoda la espera nos ofrecieron un precioso saloncito e incluso nos ofrecieron café y como tuvimos que quedarnos una noche más, nos aplicaron el mismo precio que la reservada a través de Booking. Amables, eficientes y educadísimos. No lo olvidaremos y volveremos porque a todo esto hay que añadir que el hotel es muy bonito y un remanso de paz La habitación que nos dieron la primera noche nos decepcionó un poco, pero la de la segunda noche, era muy espaciosa y bonita. |

La habitación que inicialmente nos dieron no nos gustaba y nos la cambiaron sin ningún problema. La ubicación y la decoración del hotel. No tiene garaje. |

O espaço é muito agradável, tanto o hotel em si como os jardins. É fácil estacionar e fica a poucos metros de umas escadas rolantes que conduzem ao topo da cidade. |

Particolarmente comodo per la visita della città: vicinissimo alla lunghissima scala mobile che porta in cima alla città vecchia. Posizione molto suggestiva, in particolare di sera, inserita nel contesto delle mura della città. Giardino con fontana molto romantico e di assoluta tranquillità. Ristorante molto gettonato dagli abitanti del posto, il che è una garanzia per la buona cucina. |

Fantastische locatie/tuin/gebouw; vriendelijke, behulpzame receptioniste, aangename sfeer in ontbijtzaal (klassieke muziek in stijl!) Vòòr het gebouw bevindt zich een openbare parkeerplaats; er loopt constant een oud mannetje rond, dat nèt doet of het de bewaker is, heeft een Z.G. officieel id om z'n nek.Vraagt dus geld, maar hoort er niet bij!! Wellicht raadzaam voor Hostal om dit op de website erbij te vermelden, de nietsvermoedende tourist wordt anders "belazerd!!" |
