Very efficient staff. We asked for a double room, but instead of a double bed, we were given two single beds separated by a table that we could not move. Disapointing. |

The staff was friendly. Our rooms were located behind the front desk. They had run out of the main rooms that were much nicer, but we had to pay the same price for the ugly rooms we got. The beach is not as close as they say - a good 10 minute walk. The rooms weren't terribly dirty, but they weren't clean, either. I was very disappointed that we had to pay the same rate as the nice rooms as we did for the "backup" rooms they use when the hotel is filled up. Also, the air conditioning system leaves a lot to be desired. It was hot! |

The Hotel reception people were friendly and helpful, the hotel was excellently positioned for easy access to all requirements - restaurants, beach, countryside, history old town. The rooms were clean and maintained. |

El hotel es bastante nuevo y las habitaciones confortables, todas con balcon. Está cerca del centro y, por lo que pagamos (40€), tiene una optima relacion calidad-precio El baño no era muy nuevo y los shampoo un poco juntos |

L'hôtel est situé au Centre de Tossa. Le personnel est assez aimable. Les lits sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Ne correspond absolument pas à un hôtel trois étoiles. Aucune insonorisation des chambres : entre l'ascenseur et les résidents de l'hôtel qui parlent très forts dans les couloirs.. C'est pas vraiment du repos mais pour une nuit...!! |

la situación del hotel las habitaciones de la planta baja, creo que no las deberían ofrecer bajo ningún concepto por que dan a un patio interior y a las ventanas de la cocina, donde hay restos de comida y los olores son bastante desagradables |

Cet hôtel est plutôt bien situé en plein centre ville à mi-chemin entre la plage et le parking gratuit à l'entrée de Tossa (un bon compromis) Cet hôtel est extremement bruyant, tant par les bruits extérieurs inhérents à toute station touristique en plein mois d'août (bon passe encore mais on aurait préféré une meilleure isolation), que par les bruits (moins tolérables ceux-là) occasionnés par le personnel qui s'agite dès 7 heure du matin en claquant les portes de service, en déplaçant le mobilier, ou encore en levant la voix dans les couloirs. Enfin bref, si vous voulez vous reposer pendant vos vacances choisissez un autre hôtel. |

Era molt céntric, a pocs minuts de la platja Habitacions una mica cutresper al preu. La nostra donava a un pati interior on hi havia el bar de l'hotel, obert les 24 hores, per tant molt de soroll. |

Su situación y sus instalaciones La comida, cojimos mp y si lo llegamos a saber no lo hacemos. La comida y cena no varían y no es comida mediterranea, sinó comida para guiris. Salimos a comer, escepto dos noches fuera. Lo único el almuerzo. Para ser un hotel de *** su tarifa 80,00€ /persona/dia La encontramos elevada si comparamos calidad-precio. |

Que se encuentra en Tossa de Mar. Las habitaciones de la planta baja no tienen balcón y son muy ruidosas, sobre todo la habitación número 8 que la ventana da a un patio dónde se encuentra un aparato de aire acondicionado del hotel que hace ruido durante noche y día. |

La atencion del personal. Nos dieron una habitacion con dos camas y vistas a un restaurante, en un piso bajo sin vistas. Al pedir el cambio a una con cama de matrimonio, la cosa mejoró al alojarnos en la cuarta planta, disponer de vistasy estar la habitación mejor equilibrada. La relación entre las estrellas (***) y el precio es razonable, pero uno siempre espera que sea superior. Las fotos a veces disfrazan la realidad. |

Milý personál ochotný pomoci. Ve vašem rezervačním systému jsem si zabookoval double. Když jsem dorazil na recepci měli jen twin, žádný double. Až druhý den jsem se stěhoval do double, když se uvolnil. |
