Anna and Giorgio are wonderful. Anna with stories about her youth in Holland and Giorgio knows everything about the history of the different places. Location is great, the apartment is complete, nice swimming pool, good place to relax!! Would have loved to stay longer.

The owner is very nice, pleasant and accommodating. The accommodation was clean. The breakfast was pleasant (delivered to the room) in the Italian style. On a hot day, I appreciated the pool and the quiet environment.

Friendly staff, very courteous and flexible with our requests. Great pool. Furnishing is a little outdated but very clean and complete. Central location to Perugia, Assisi and Tuscany, Siena and Val D'orcia.
