The property is located in a very quiet area, even though it’s isolated, it’s 5 mins away from Bevagna and 15 mins from Foligno. The staff is very friendly and polite, they made me feel welcome

The owners are incredible kind. The view is amazing. Perfect clean beds. We loved the swimming pool at the end of a hot day. Bevagna is a lovely town. From the apartment you can easily visit many beautiful towns.

Wonderful staff and beautiful property. Stefania and Sheila work so hard to keep the place running. The pool was beautiful and a great place to run around for the kids. Great access to nearby towns like Assisi, Spello, Speleto, Rasciglia, and Todi. We were the only non Italian speakers and by the end of our stay I felt like a local. A great place for kids. I’m not sure how much longer Stefania and her family will put in the massive effort to keep this place going at high quality, so go while you can.

The location was amazing, with great views. The property is one of the best that I have stayed. It is a refurbished old manor with very large apartments. Every room is large with very high ceilings. The quality of the construction is superb and maintenance is awesome. The kitchen is also great, big size and very well equipped. All in the unit is high quality. There is a large swimming pool that is very comfortable and sitting areas for each unit. Loungers are very comfortable and the surroundings are wonderful, a combination of olive trees and wineries.

The location near the beautiful town of Bevagna was an ideal spot from which to see many lovely places in Umbria; The host family were very warm and welcoming - they included us in events such as the olive harvest and oil extraction; Their wine is excellent and a tasting should be done! The apartment is comfortable, well furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need to make your own meals. We didn't want to leave!
