There's some comfort in having just the basics, and this place achieves that perfectly! No frills and luxury, but spacious and comfortable lodgings to enjoy relaxing and laid-back days surrounded by nature just a short ride away from the relaxed Italian seaside towns in the area. It lacked simple things like some salt or more hooks to hang clothes on the wall, but compensated with extra bits like a fully equipped small kitchen. Antonio, the owner was a friendly host with good conversation and restaurant tips!

We loved the stay at this superb location in the silent countryside. Beautiful typical renovated house using local materials, plenty of history, green outside area for breakfast and relax in the evening, big garten with fruit trees, lovely owners and delicious breakfast with fresh daily cakes and coffee. Takes 5min to get to the beaches. 10min to Presicce with nice restaurants. Definitely recommend, esp for couples. Owners helped us with earlier check in, highly appreciated.

I don't think the staff could have gone further out of their way to make us feel welcome. We arrived without a car and given the hotel's location, we were a bit stuck. The staff went out of the way to source us bikes and even arranged for one of their friends to drive us to and from town one night. We really fancied pizza one day so the owner picked us up some on his way through town to save us travelling anywhere. I honestly can not recommend the hotel enough. The breakfast was also phenomenal and the pools were beautiful.
