Farm house newly renovated with all comforts. Good shower. Good coffee machine. Quiet place. The owner's restaurant in town is excellent as well. There's free parking right beside the restaurant and you can walk to the centre from there. Beware the walk is steep with many steps. But you can also take the shuttle bus.

We had an amazing stay as a family of 5 (children aged 12, 10 and a 1 year old baby). The property and location were absolutely beautiful, rustic and charming. The children loved the animals, there was a pig wandering around, chickens, 2 donkeys and 3 friendly dogs they enjoyed stroking. The grounds meant the children could play safely outside and as mentioned adored the animals. Everyone we encountered at the property and in the town were very friendly.

Everything is perfect there: awesome swimming pool, delicious breakfast, beautiful garden, well decorated bedroom, big bathroom (ours was even able to recieve wheel chairs). The location is strategic cause you can reach Todi in 10 minutes with several attractions and restaurants (the city can be seen from the swimming pool and the churches bells can be heard from there). Other small cities are near as well. Paola manages the place very well, she is such a strong woman, taking care of everything in detail, one can feel her soul in there. And Ricardo, her husband is also a very nice person. Highly recommended place to stay!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size for our family of 3. The breakfast each morning was plenty and traditional Italian. Very good. The location to Todi was close and could see the gorgeous town from the pool. Parking our rental car was easy, lots of parking available. We had fun practicing our Italian the week we stayed. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.
