The location of the apartment was fantastic. It's close to the lifts, a delightful apre cafe, and a small grocery store in La Praz. It was also very cozy and had a nice, rustic vibe. Small touches like the wine opener attached to the bar made it feel like an authentic, French Alps experience. There were 3 of us, and I would happily stay here again.

We stayed for a wonderful prolonged weekend in this beautiful, architecturally valuable former farmhouse. The living room offers a breathtaking view onto the Mont Blanc mountain front and over the Chamonix valley. You can enjoy this spectacular view together with a generous, freshly made breakfast. The spacious rooms are well designed and offer luxurious bathrooms. The outstandingly friendly and kind hosts cater to your every need and make you feel like family. Perfect property keeping up the feel of an old farm house but mixing in the comfort of modern life. The rooms are cozy and there is all you need for a full week in Annecy and surroundings. Plus the welcome notebook with all recommendations and tips get extra points. The garden is awesome too

We couldn't find any where in Annecy so, having a car, opted for this farm stay. The facilities suited our needs and the breakfast was outstanding. All very rustic and welcoming.

The place is beautiful. The host is very welcoming and helpful, the room is cosy and perfectly clean in a beautiful old farm house. Comfortable beds, gorgeous breakfast. The surrounding worth a short foot trip. The location is 2 min drive from the main road. But inside the town, so it is very quiet. 15 drive from Yvoire.

Fantastic apartment renovated by the owner of the farmhouse below. Lots of timber, quality finishes and lovely feel to the place set in a peaceful loation 4 miles from Annecy with a quick easy route into the centre. Nice veranda outside under cover to sit during the hot summer days. Apartment felt nice and cool after 35 degrees of heat outside.

We would rate 11/10 if possible - this farmstay is absolutely amazing and we wished we booked for longer! The host is very friendly and helpful (and managed very well despite us speaking English only). The breakfast is AMAZING. The bedroom and bathroom are absolutely gorgeous. There is a fully equipped kitchen you can use for cooking, plus indoor and outdoor living areas (shared with other guests). The outlook is very beautiful, and there are nice walks nearby. They had a litter of puppies when we visited as well which was a total bonus.
