Country View Sleepout, a property with a garden and a terrace, is situated in Hamilton, 13 km from Waikato Stadium, 14 km from Hamilton Gardens, as well as 27 km from Mystery Creek Events Centre. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. University of Waikato is 14 km from the farm stay and Hamilton Central Library is 14 km away. Often smaller operations are alot more styled, homely, clean and maintained than large hotel chains. The location was a little more out of the way than I was used to but still not far from where I needed to be and the farm location was quaint and quiet.

Waikato Stadium is 13 km from the farm stay and Hamilton Gardens is 14 km away. Very tidy, great location and the bowl of fresh fruit on the way in was a fantastic gesture. Having met up with the Labradoodle and their owner (one of the hosts) after dinner out we were even happier with our choice.

This place was the best of all my NZ stays! It was perfect: plush (everything high quality), super clean and modern. Loved the fresh baked bread and homemade goods. Staff was wonderful. Location was beautiful and convenient.Would definitely stay here again!

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Port Waikato, Te Karaka Lodge is a farm stay surrounded by views of the mountain. The property features a private beach area, outdoor swimming pool and private parking among other facilities. This 5-star farm stay offers full-day security and luggage storage space. Free WiFi is available throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a restaurant. The property also offers accommodation for disabled guests. Everything is perfect about this place. The road from Auckland to the property was a bit rocky but totally worth the trouble. It is such a quiet relaxing hideaway and this is what I have always envisioned of NZ. Aaron and Danielle are wonderful hosts and make you feel welcomed and at ease the whole time. The dinner prepared by Chef Dom is also superb. Have to come back again for a longer stay!

It is situated 13 km from Kemp House and Stone Store and offers private check-in and check-out. The property is non-smoking and is set 7.8 km from Haruru Falls.

The farm stay features a barbecue and a garden. Little Evi is great. Perfect get away for an evening. Great hosts and perfectly behaved farm animals 😁 especially Obi.
