The staff were friendly and welcoming; the room was stunning - and comfortable! - the bar worked on an “honesty” service (although we didn’t use this), and the breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean and tidy but with all the extra touches you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Chocolates on your pilloow and dressing gowns as well as a well stocked coffe/ tea try. The bathroom was immaculate and very plush. The hosts have gone the extra mile to deliver a first class product and I cannot recommned this place highly enough. The room was clean and warm as well as very spacious. Bathroom was brilliant and shower superb. Restaurant was fabulous and food top quality. Service by hotel and restaurant staff brilliant, informative and friendly. We had a wonderful stay after we had just finished a week long cruise. It really capped off our holiday in a positive way. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to choose from and the cooked breakfast was perfection! I have read some of the previous reviews regarding this Bed and Breakfast and despair the clue is in the title - BED AND BREAKFAST - dinner is not an option so why even mention it in a review. There are many many wonderful places to have dinner around the vicinity we tried a different place each night and had the best time exploring this wonderful beautiful place.SoniaYoung couple

Good patio access for our dog. The dinner at the regency restaurant was outstanding and one of the best we’ve had ! The WiFi internet connection drops occasionally but was not a big issue. The only thing the hotel could improve on is the breakfast. For a nice and reasonably expensive luxurious hotel, it is quite unacceptable to charge supplement for smoke salmon and eggs.
