Very good location and very clean (they actually clean the rooms twice a day). Very helpful front desk, they arranged for us everything we asked for and helped us with planning our days. The view from the room was stunning. Great thing is that they have a valet parking, so if you are travelling by car it's very convenient. The best feature, however, is the restaurant. It has a michelin star and service and food are just awsome!!!

The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to resolve any issues. George at the arrivals area was most helpful and guided us throughout the stay. Our trip to positano was a breeze because of his guidance. Breakfast was really nice and all the staff were super friendly and attentive. The club longue was a great area to relax and unwind after returning to the hotel. The decor of the hotel was super exclusive and give it a very rich feel.

We absolutely loved this hotel for not only the comfort and elegance of the room. The staff were so courteous and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. The view is unbelievable, I highly recommend choosing a room with a sea view. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of variety and the room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and professional.
