Everything was great: the hotel is very new and modern, the room was clean and nice. Breakfast was perfect - everything you may need was there. I also want to highlight that we had a parking place, many thanks to ladies from the reception! Next time in Chania we will definitely stay at Hyperion.

Everyone associated with the hotel could not have been more kind of helpful. The location was excellent, a residential neighborhood that was a short walk to local restaurants. The rooms were large, comfortable and immaculate. Breakfast in the garden each morning was a pleasure.

Don't look anywhere else!!! If we could give 10 stars we would. First of all, the location is perfect. Smack dab in the middle of the old city, and our hosts were kind enough to provide us with a parking spot for our rented car for the duration of our stay. The harbor is a 2-minute walk and once you step outside your room, you are pretty much within a few minute's walking distance of restaurants, shopping, etc. Even though the location is in the middle of old town, the rooms remain quiet and we slept peacefully. Air conditioning worked great as well, which was a relief after some of the other places where we stayed. The rooms were immaculate, clean, and beautiful. Hosts were extremely responsive to any and all questions (including when we locked ourselves out of our room. Twice.) We had an amazing stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here on our next visit to Chania. Loved everything!!!

The hotel has a great location in the old town of Chania. Our room was spacious and was cleaned every day. It was furnished with mosquito network on all windows. We were supplied with drink water each day and also coffee capsules for the machine. Bed was large and very convinient. There is a big yard where to have coffee, it was furnished with hangers for towels. Staff was very helpful and assisting. The lady met us upon arrival was quite nice, gave us right advice about facility and parking areas in proximity.

We stayed in three different hotels in Crete during our two weeks visit. Palazzo Duca was the best. It is located right in the center of the old town harbor. The room is beautiful and spacious. The staff was fantastic. Everyone of them was kind and helpful. The breakfast at the next door restaurant was delicious. They do prepare takeaway breakfast in case you need go out early. We had a pleasant stay and will come back again.
