It is impossible to speak more highly of Simone and Carlo! I scheduled a 2 am check-in because I needed to be at a wedding the night before and had to fly to CA the next morning at 6:35 am. A friend drove me to Naples at midnight. His car broke down at 2 am 18 km from the hotel. Simone and Carlo got roadside assistance for us and got me a taxi to the airport. What was a disaster turned out that all worked out thanks to their constant expert assistance. And the place was wonderfully comfortable, great breakfast and so much more.

Loved how "spotless" the room was. Very comfortable. Very up-to-date. Convienent. Had to leave very early...so missed the breakfast..but was sure it was wonderful. Staff was very accommodating. Friendly. Excellent!

The hotel is super.the room is exclusive. Big, clear, comfort. We arrived earlier than the check in and the staff gave as earlier without problem. The parking safe and big.

Breakfast what not available at the time of our departure (4am). However, the overnight staff person Gessepe (spelling?) was most gracious and still provided us with espresso americano and snacks before the arrival of our taxi.

Room was very large and clean. Had a balcony but the view was a main street with a lot of scattered trash. We were provided with plenty of linens and toiletries.
