I really love the staff’s service! They were so friendly and generous! They were very flexible with the check-in! Everybody greeted us in the morning! I like the sustainable cleaning system that cleaning is available upon customer’s request. We didn’t need to leave the room early! I love the breakfast - hot oatmeal, eggs, and waffles! Staff made a waffle for all the customers! So nice! I also love the location! A bus stop was located right in front of the hotel!

Staff was very helpful. Location was good with ample parking and bus to Manhattan was located in front of the hotel. Room was nice and clean.

Location - very safe area, close to Subway, ideally located. Beautiful rooms, very spacious for NYC. Views are excellent. All round brilliant hotel. Most NYC hotels have elevator issues...but not this hotel, very effective and efficient elevator service -never waited more than 1 minute.

And value for money as it was away from New York City but close enough to travel to the city via bus, approx 20mins ride. Buses were regular between the hotel and the main city centre. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was an American breakfast, it was waffles and cereals amongst other things.
