The location of the apartment was good. A short ten walk to the hub of the town along the coast. The apartment was well furnished with all you need for a weeks stay.

The property is located in a secure gated community with only a few blocks of flats. It is a quiet area and even though there were tourists with children, they all respected the mandatory quiet time. From the solarium you can literally see planes land and take off, but the apartment is very well soundproof and from inside you can't hear any noise flights-related. There is a 360 degrees view from the solarium, ocean view, the peak of El Teide volcano, airport landing strips. The area is perfect for people who want to relax, unwind, clear their heads; there is a supermarket nearby (5-7 minutes on foot) - Dialprix, which you can reach either by stairs or going down Calle de Pizzaro (prices are a bit higher than in supermarkets like Mercadona, which is in Las Chafiras, only 10-15 minutes away by car, but still very much affordable; they also carry fresh fruit, veggies, meat, bread and pastries, and a sufficient dairy & yogurt selection). There is also a taxi station opposite from La Tejita Street Market (a mini mall in which you can find some souvenir shops, a beauty salon, a bar, ATM, three restaurants and an electronics shop, plus Dialprix supermarket). The beach is 15 minutes away (brisk walk) and is perfect for those who don't seek the crowded, noisier rumble of more popular beaches (but be mindful of the fact that it's kind of rocky). The Montana Roja beach is the last natural beach in Tenerife - and the sights at sunset are one of a kind. The pool water is filtrated and cleaned every morning, trash needs to be taken outside the community gates (a short 3 minutes walk). We requested some household cleaning items from Lena (the property caretaker) and she was very responsive and brought them shortly. As for communication with Patricia (the host) she was extremely gracious and helpful and allowed us to have a later check out. Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, large fridge, to store and cook various foods - really appreciated it!

i gotta start wirh the food, which is amazing!! I had beakfasts and dinner and the buffet is exceptional! My room in Royal Level was spacious, luxury and comfy! I was welcomed by champaign and macarons. Staff is super nice and helpful. Pools are clean and well maintained, drinks at the bar have very reasonable prices.

Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again. Very well-kept apartment and surroundings. The apartment has everything you need, including a bed and a chair for a small child. It is spacious and definitely better than hotels in the area. With private garden(patio) and jacuzzi 10/10 😊

Finke, the host, was super nice and gave great advice. Big, spacious apartment, could easily fit even 5 people. Good amenities and very good location.
