Lovely hosts in a lovely location, played an enjoyable18 holes golf on the Lodge's own course and had a peaceful walk around the Loch. Lovely evening meal.
We couldn’t have been more delighted with the house, our room, our hosts and the services and food they provided. Joyce and Garry were so friendly and helpful, it was simply exceptional. The wee town of Aboyne was such a bonus find with its Dee river and forest walks and golf courses.
Terrace to sit on of an evening looking down to the stream was a bonus.
Central in the countryside for access to Braemar /Banchory area for golf courses..
Friendly staff and very knowledgeable about the location and surrounding areas. Good food and well stocked bar. Spa facilities was excellent. Next time we will try out the golf course.
