We stayed here for four nights for our honeymoon and were so overwhelmed with the beauty of the property and the surrounding landscape, the friendliness and care of the staff, and the old world charm of this historic hotel. From the moment we arrived at the Waldhaus, we were greeted warmly by the staff and owners of the property. Our room was so well appointed and had the most amazing view of Lake Sils. The turn down service every evening made returning to our room after dinner like returning home. The food is delicious (you have to do the half board option!!) and the nightly menus kept things interesting and fresh. The spa was beyond anything we had ever enjoyed before, with a steam room, sauna, soaking pools, and relaxation rooms. We went on a hike through the Fex Valley and were in awe of everything we saw. It was like being transported back in time with all the modern conveniences and amenities included. Though I'm happy to be home, I will always miss the Waldhaus.

The room was spacy with view of the city, moreover the high attention provided by reception, in particular by Szilvia Lévai - she is great and very helpful!! I had a last minute addition of family member to my reservation that was nicely handled by Szilvia. The restaurante and breakfast is gorgeous! I highly recommend!
