Everything about the property was perfection. Location: Starting with the distance to the airport, 15mins at best was a pleasant surprise. It is perfectly located with amazing views of the hills. I'm not a golfer but if I was, this was be heaven on earth as we were overlooking a lovely golf course. It's only 5mins from Petra tou Romiou which has some amazing sunset views. We rented a car and it was less than a 30mins drive to Paphos Old town and the surrounding sites. Driving to Ayia Napa which was only 1.5hours and was well worth it for a slightly different experience. Facilities: I couldn't be more complimentary of the facilities. We arrived late March when the daytime weather is great but evenings and nighttime were a little chilly. As such, the heated pool and jacuzzi were always lovely to come home to. The pool is a really good size for most levels of swimmers - much bigger than most places with an external heated pools. The rooms and bathrooms were perfectly sized for 8 people with some stunning balcony views Service: David and Nicos were absolutely first class in helping manage any issues we had. Extremely quick to respond and always keen to do whatever it took to make our stay comfortable. They were also kind enough to offer an extended checkout time unprompted. This was particularly helpful as we were flying back to the UK late in the day and made for an extremely comfortable exit. The check-in and checkout processes were seamless. All in all, I would highly recommend this villa if you're considering visiting Paphos but also wanting to explore wider regions of Cyprus. Would also highly recommend renting a car for convenience and flexibility.

The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. a verry freindly owner, quiet location with an amazing view towards the village and the sea, the villa is large with many rooms, and many beds, clean, and loaded with goods, several bathrooms and showers, a nice size pool with automatic cleaning and sunbeds, a quality barbecue facility, a kitchen with microwave gas and a dishwasher, several refrigerators . and grait pool table.

The nearest airport is Paphos International, 13 km from Villa UNIDERA, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Everything is tasteful, everything is well taken care of. A little detail that wasn't mentioned and was a really nice surprise is that the pool is heated. So even though outside there were approx. 13 degrees celsius, the pool was a nice way to end the day. The two upstairs rooms are big and spacious, each with its own private bathroom. One of them has both a shower and a bathtub, with the Jacuzzi right outside the door. The pool table / ping-pong table was a very nice feature. There are two VERY BIG fridges in the kitchen + one or two extra near the barbecue. So you can have all the drinks and food you like withot having to constantly go to the supermarket. There is enough space for two cars in the front yard (the other side of the house from the pool). All in all, everything was great, David was a wonderful host and Nikos (the property manager) was friendly and helpful.

Kings Palace Apartment in Paphos is located 600 metres from Tombs of the Kings. It boasts panoramic sea and pool views. It is 1.2 km from Panagia Chryssopolitissa Chruch and 1.8 km from the scenic harbour. Location and view were superb.

Traditional taverns serving Cypriot delicacies and shops are within a 5-minute walk. Tsada Golf Course is 2 km away and the town of Pafos is 13 km away from the property. Guests can access wineries within a 5-minute drive. This was about the best thing about our visit in Cyprus. We were looking for an authentic getaway to have some family time, and this was everything we wanted and more. The garden was amazing, the house authentic, had great aircon, the pool perfect and never overcrowded like in the big hotels and resorts. We were placed in a house opposite the road from the swimming pool which was great as we were travelling with small children, and made it so much safer for our stay. We could still access the pool at any given time. And the price even with a car rental fee beat all other offers. Absolutely worth every cent.
