It offers a free shuttle from Madarao Kogen bus station. Super host and really great accommodation . We were picked up from the bus station. The breakfast was amazing and we had a good time at the fireplace. Also our host was giving us great tips, arranged our ski passes and brought us towards the ski rental. Can’t wish for more…!

Seasonal outdoor pools are also accessible at a surcharge. I loved the atmosphere, you can feel the nature, and the bath was soooo comfortable to use.

JR Karuizawa Station and Karuizawa Shopping Plaza are a 12-minute drive from the resort. Loved being away from the crowd in town and more out in nature. The Onsen up the hill was very beautiful and indeed a highlight. Staff weee so friendly and the cosiest room. Great to be back in Karuizawa again.
