Located in a quiet neighborhood, only a short walk away from the old town center. Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and a super tasty breakfast were offered by the nice owners. Definitely reccomended for a short stay in Melk or just if you are passing through.

100% fit the bill as a comfortable, rural guesthouse at a reasonable price. Hosts were kind, room was clean and inviting and breakfast was excellent. The guesthouse is run with love and care. We enjoyed making ourselves tea in the evenings and going on quiet countryside walks around the little village. 5 minute drive into Melk.

Peaceful country stay. About 5 minutes drive from Melk. Elizabeth is a wonderful host, we asked for a vegetarian breakfast and was spoilt with fresh boiled eggs, garden grown product, local cheeses, fresh baked goods, home made jams, fruit, juice and coffee. Very helpful with local dining suggestions. Was a pleasure to relax at the end of the day in the garden or on the terrace. Room was spacious and comfortable, slept with the windows open every night. Loved the church bells that rang at 7am and 7pm.

Old-fashioned little hotel on a good place and with great staff. We had a big room with wonderful view on Melk Monastery. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned up. The great thing (for us) is that they accommodate pets, so we could come with our dog. :-) The breakfast is served in a different place nearby, but it is rich and tasty.

- Anna the hostess is very intelligent and thoughtful person, taking care of everything and being absolutely nice!!! - The Cottage located next to the beautiful green park on the Danube river bank - Authentic building with an absolutely especial atmosphere outside and inside. - The room designed and decorated with a big love. There is a feeling that someone is taking care of you for all the time. In a room you can find everything you need, and maybe more. The atmosphere of chill and relaxing. - The sitting room designed and arranged like a spa-lounge with a sauna rooms, wooden bath tub, shower and a deck chairs. You can use it all the time. - There is a cosy terrace outside the house to have a breakfast or a late dinner with the candles. By the way the breakfast was absolutely amazing, served with a big love.
