Lorna and Simon were so kind and very welcoming. Breakfast was super delicious and we appreciated the small snacks that were put everyday in our room Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. . Lots of lactose and gluten free options were available for one of us who has an intolerancy. We will definitely choose this place again if we visit lake district and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Eldon was a great host and provided delicious breakfast options with locally sourced produce. Really helpful with local knowledge and available when needed. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, packed lunch with a flask of coffee was perfect for hiking up Scafell Pike.

Matt and Leigh were exceptional hosts, really lovely, helpful people. The breakfasts were amazing, the beds were incredibly comfortable. We lacked for nothing. Allerdale Guest House is the only place to stay in Keswick as far as we’re concerned. Can’t wait to return.

The staff were very welcoming and there was a minor problem with my shower door which they sorted and discounted my stay which was very kind. Great location to surrounding areas such as Grasmere and Windermere. Very quiet and peaceful area too. Thank you for your hospitality.
