The breakfast was excellent and the owners are so welcoming and friendly. Truly felt welcomed and at home, definitely if ever back in Swansea, I would stay there again. For me, the location was good, exactly 15-20 min to the centre and 15-20 to my conference location. The room I stayed in was as described, had a sea view and was a perfect size for me, during this short stay there.
