Everything about Whale BoneArch (formerly Melrose Guest House) is fantastic. Their correpondense and info folder, the free parking setup and easy access/check-in. All so smooth. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well provided. Welcome water, biscuits and milk and the bed was so comfy we needed an alarm to get us up. The location is great, just a steady 8 minute walk either down the sea front or Upgang Lane depending on what part of Whitby center you want to be at. Will definitely revisit and recommend.
