The Nags Head - Room only accommodation is a traditional, CAMRA approved Inn offering room only accommodation in Lyme Regis. The Inn dates back to the Victorian era and is perfectly situated for amazing views over Lyme Bay.

I had a newly furnished, very comfortable room on the first flow above the pub. The pub itself looks a bit shady, one wouldn't expect a guest room of that high standard. Of course one could hear noise from the pub, but it ended well before it was time to fall asleep.

Boasting a bar and a restaurant in a building that is over 400 years old, Room at the Inn is situated on the main street in Lyme Regis. The property is within walking distance from all of the shops, bars and restaurants as well as being a 2-minute walk from the sea.

Super great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Tea, milk and Prosecco stocked. The pub downstairs is so much fun! You can hear it very well but it wraps up by 11 ish on weekends and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Staying above a classic pub was such a fun experience and reminded us of the classic shows we would watch. We also chatted with the kitchen staff next door as we passed by each time, great banter. Loved our time here!

Ruth and Phil are great hosts with a great guesthouse. I had a warm and welcoming stay at Charnwood - my room and the premises were beautfully presented and maintained. The location was great- a short picturesque stroll along the River Lim takes you to the beach front or town. Breakfast is included each day along with a good chat with Ruth and Phil who offered advice on things to see and do. Wifi was strong with no connectivity problems.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A very comfortable, clean, spacious, warm and well equipped house in a great location (quiet cul de sac and short walk to town/sea front). We enjoyed the welcome hamper and our host was very quick to respond to messages for our booking. Highly recommend this house!

Beautiful decor, working heaters and radiators (which is not always the case unfortunately), hot water (again not always available), great price and attentive host. The place is quiet, we all had great night sleep. Great location for trips around East Devon and Dorset.
