Claudio was very service minded and had a late check-in for me at midnight, in addition of being very friendly. The room and the bed was comfortable, and everything was spotless. I slept very well in the bed. Wonderful and excellent breakfast that was included. Nice location next to the parc in Middlesbrough. If I return to Middlesbrough I'll definitely stay here. Top value for the money and great experience.

What a gem! Me and my husband stayed for a few nights as we were in town for wedding and it was perfect. Everywhere was really clean, bed was comfy, the sauna was amazing.
