Good location, close to bus station and tourist area with bars and restaurants. The building looks a little bit odd from the outside (like old living building), but well designed from the inside. It has great kitchen and dining area. And the Staff is very friendly and helpful! I booked the non-refundable room by mistake on wrong dates and the owner helped me to cancel it without any fee. Tnx a lot for that. For my next visit, will definitely stay here.

For me, it's important to sleep well in silence. We had a very good bed and it was perfectly safe and sound, no noise or loud people in other rooms. The kitchen was excellent equipped for what we need for our stay. They have a laundry room as well, You can use it. The bathroom was clean, and everything was functional. Clean white towels are always for use. The building looks old from the outside, i don't know why, but it's pretty new everything. Very good area to go everywhere, even walking. In all, for us, this was very worthy.

The guesthouse has been recently renovated and was clean and spacious. There are 2 bathrooms between 4 rooms on each floor so had no problems having to wait. It was a good location for us as we could walk everywhere we needed to go (bus terminal, city centre, bus stops for your pick ups) in 15 minutes or less. The main road can be a little noisy but no issue if you have ear plugs. We appreciated the coffee machine/kettle and cookies upstairs!
