Breakfast in the room, very nice Bathroom was great too, large with ITalian Shower and plenty of water Aircon that you can stop and it start automatically straight when we entered

Everything was amazing; beautiful apartment, lovely host (Ruccie), conveniently located with 10mins walk to the main station where the train from airport arrives and 10mins walk to the main old town with plenty of shops n restaurants along the way. Apartments are nicely decorated, mine had a balcony and the sun was shinning in the room around 4-6pm which was fantastic. Host even provided toiletries, chocolate and treats in the room. There is a shared kitchen with coffee and tea. The apartment has 2 other rooms (3 in total) and only one was occupied when i stayed so it felt great, almost like having the place to yourself. Would definitely stay again For value of money this place was amazing.

Absolutely stunning! Fantastic central location, newly furbished, well-equipted apartman with 2 double beds, with AC and fast wifi. Everything is new and modern. 24h coffee/coca/tea, in the mini fridge every morning juice, milk and water, on the table a basket of snacks (although the apartman is self-catering we had a full breakfast this way). Host lady is friendly, fluent English-speaking and helpful. Whenever I go back to Sardinia I would choose this apartman again. Thank You!

The location was great, walking distance to all the restaurants and center of Cagliari. The room was new, perfectly clean and equipped with everything we needed. They even provided complimentary beverages in the fridge and snacks. The hosts were so nice and helpful with anything we needed.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. The stay was very relaxing. They even have some discounts for nearby breakfast cafes and recommend many good places to eat in general as well as things to do.

Our flight was 1 day delayed and we couldn’t stay at the previous hotel. We found this apartment just 50 meters away. From the moment of checking this was a perfect experience. Talking about hospitality. They offered coffee, water and brought the luggage up to the apartment. The apartment was just great. Extremely clean and spacious. Too bad we only got to enjoy it for one day. in addition the owners also run a restaurant. We enjoyed diner like nothing else on the Island. talking about passion and serving quality. thanks for sharing that with us.

L'emplacement, pratique tout est à 15-20 minutes à pied pour visiter, supermarché à 2 pas dans la rue principale, marché San Benedetto à 10-15 minutes, chambre propre et confortable, jolie déco, cuisine commune pratique, petite terrasse top, les hôtes sont là si besoin et très accueillants
