I had the room with the balcony, and I’m so happy with my choice! The view was incredible and really enhanced the experience. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, making it a perfect spot to relax after exploring Pisa. Spacious. Very clean. Good facilities including luggage storage and a communal kitchen and toilet (as well as the private ones in the room) which were very handy as we left our luggage after we checked out. Perfect location - nice and central.

This review has been written by my 10 year old daughter. It was so nicely set out , clean also. It was an amazing location everything you needed was there near the villa. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I am going to go back and tell all my friends and family!! Patrizio was an excellent host! He explained everything about Pisa so clearly for us. The room was in a perfect location and very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Patrizio even went the extra mile by holding our bags for a few hours and then dropping us off at the airport. We really enjoyed our short stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
