Excellent accommodation very close to everything. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a nice balcony and all necessary amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not available but there is a bar next door which has good options.

The self check-in went smoothly, it was very clean and comfortable inside. WiFi was working well (it was important for me to connect to a lesson the next day). Nice location. There was a refrigerator in the room (may be important for the hikers).

It was completely mind blowing to be Amalia Rodriguez house (which I did not know by the way, I learned a lot about her during the stay). But the experience was made singular because of the host Luiz. He is a person I will never forget. The attention he had with my daughter, finding balloons and a little doll stroller, preparing special dinner... Also his staff was super nice. The experience of learning about the place and its history, grabbing a fresh lettuce from the garden, having the most intimate experience of sitting of having the meals on a breathtaking and cozy place (it was Amalia home after all). The beach is superb, and how private everything is. You are on top of a cliff with beautiful gardens, go down a bit, and you are surrounded by a wild beach that takes your breath way. Every single part of the experience was beyond what I expected! Even the close by town had a very nice and not expensive restaurant, to eat some amazing sea food. This is the place to visit before you die. The only regret was just staying two nights!

Great place to stay, even for longer time. The host was very sweet. She didn't speak any English, only Portuguese, but that was no problem and we were able to understand each other. The room was very clean and good looking. Very comfortable bed and a nice view from it only rounded the experience up. Bathroom is also fine and it was exactly what we needed after another day on Fishermen's trail. The place is just next to a cafe, and very close to town center and bus stop, so it couldn't be more ideal. All in all I can only recommend it.

Wonderful rural hotel. Great staff - they called us when we were delayed arriving to make sure we would know how to get in. (Tip- office closes around 5 or 6. Be sure to make arrangements if you are going to be late - they can work with you.) Lovely location. Quick drive to town and ocean Superb breakfast (we paid for)

This place is amazing. The house and garden were so quiet, beautiful and wonderful. It's a bit remote (and that's a plus!) but you still have access to all the necessary amenities within 10mn of car. About the place by itself, it was so good. The room and by extension the house is fantastically gorgeous. The breakfast prepared by Ruth is gigantic and excellent. Ruth herself is so lovely and always ready to help. She provided everything we needed (including umbrellas, beach towels, good restaurants and beaches advices) just by kindness. Her dogs and her cat are so cute and so friendly. It was just the best place we could have wished for relaxing vacations.
