Great location in the centre of the city, everything is very close to walking distance. The whole place is spotlessly clean, and there is free private parking on premises, outside and underground, something that is very important because it's challenging to find parking in the central Nis area. The beds are very comfortable and the neighbourhood is very quiet so I did get a really nice sleep. The owner is very lovely, and he made sure that we were not missing anything, we even got a free upgrade to a better room. I strongly recommend this place.

The location was 10 minutes walking distance to attractions and restaurants and 2 minutes walking distance to the bus station. We arrived within 10 minutes by bus from the airport.
