The rooms were large, the bathroom was also large, the beds were good, the breakfast was excellent, with many options and very good quality breads and cheeses. The hosts were very friendly, they got us free travel passes for the duration of our stay, they paid attention to our needs.

Beautiful guest house managed by an exceptional team who is making you feel at home. We were greeted by the host, Sara, at our arrival and we felt like knowing each other for life. We traveled with our dog and she was accepted and welcomed like us. A big, fenced, garden around the property allowed us to let our dog off the leash. A simple but excellent dinner is proposed to the guests for a very moderate fee (appetizer, main dish and dessert). Water, beer, wine and more are available at all time in the fridge, as well as coffee and tea. The rooms are very spacious and clean, each with access to a balcony.

Offering panoramic views of the Lake Maggiore and the surrounding landscape, Osteria Locanda Brack enjoys a hillside position in Gudo, a 15-minute drive from the city of Locarno. The Michelin Guide listed restaurant with sunny terrace serves seasonal pasta dishes and vegetarian meals. Fantastic location on the hill, with a good view. Nice surrounding - original buildings, vineyards. Very nice interior, and good terraces (or inside) to eat & drink. And various breakfast items, great dinner and good wine - made at 100 yards from the building. From the location, a short ride on smaller roads, but then easy to go to the valleys, the lake, the cities etc.

Typical Ticino-style Pensione Olanda is 1 km from the Madonna del Sasso pilgrimage church, and features garden and a terrace, furnished with deckchairs and offering panoramic views of Locarno and Lake Maggiore. Wi-Fi is available in the entire building for free. Servis, views, breakfast, free transport, parking spot free of extra charge. Room. Definitely coming back!

Peacefully situated a 5-minute walk from the centre of Brissago and overlooking the Lake Maggiore, the family-run Residence Venus Garden is surrounded by a picturesque garden with a furnished terrace and barbecue facilities, and offers free of charge Wi-Fi in the entire building. Fantastic view on the lake. Very friendly owners. We enjoyed our visit a lot.

All rooms and studios feature a minibar and a seating area. Some rooms have direct access to the outdoor pool. Everything was amazing. Our hosts were very friendly and kind. Beautiful and clean room with a great terrace. Homemade confiture that was served with breakfast from fruit grown on the property was the best I’ve ever had.
