Just bring an extra extension cable, as power connections tend to get filled up fast, due to the number of people connecting their laptops to the place. I can't recommend this place enough! Access to the train station is also reasonable and is a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse to Kameari station. Also, if your birthday falls during your stay, the host will celebrate it by setting up a small dinner for you! :D Very personal touch to a very wonderful experience!

I was the only guest there - but the mother and son team were great. I ended up hiring a bike from them and cycling around which was great. I loved the view from the guesthouse and the overall decor of it!

There is a daily clean towel, the fridge is well equipped (with free drinks), there are free foods and Ash even shared his breakfast. You can cook food as well with condiments and ingredients readily available. The rooms are sound-proof and I was able to sleep well in the bunk bed. You can freely ask Ash for any query or suggestion, or should you need anything, Ash is always ready. I love the vibes of international guest interacting in the dinning area about Japan, travel, work, or anything.

Breakfast is in a separate building down the road. For a solo traveler, my tatami mat room and adjacent but private toilet (shared shower) were perfect. Neighborhood is lots of fun to explore, and the 'concierge' was so helpful, and warm, and responsive. Wonderful experience.
