Great rooftop bar that would be amazing in the summer months and pool area that we didn’t get to view due to the time of year we visited. The staff were very hospitable and helpful when needed. The location is very secluded but there is a shuttle service for a flat fee that you can use during your entire stay that takes guests to and from the Center. The vaporetto stop is close by, the stop to San Marco takes only 5 minutes. There are lots of little restaurants in the area and if you want a great view over the city go to the rooftop bar of the Hilton hotel on the same island. Dino the host is very helpful and friendly.

The building is part of a huge block where Hilton hotel is located…you open your window and you face the sea and Venice. Tizziana was very welcoming and nice and was trying to communicate with us in any possible way. In the apartment you can find everything you might need in terms of devices.
