Minato, Tokyo
Located on the waterfront area of Tokyo Bay, Hilton Tokyo Odaiba boasts stunning views of Tokyo’s skyline, Rainbow Bridge or Tokyo Tower. All guestrooms feature a balcony, and guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Private parking is available in the basement and there is no valet service. We were on around 8 hotels in Japan, but this was the completely best one. The teams are great and experienced, speaks English well and knows everything! The breakfast was amazing, The services are great! (also the bus from the hotel to the airport really helped us) There is a train stop exactly on the entrance of the hotel which was great and mobile! The rooms are the best, cleaned, Greatest view ever, great facilities and TV. Obviously a 10/10 hotel, worth every single Yen!

Hotel cleanliness, spaciousness, large lockers. Clean, tidy, well equipped bathrooms. Quality toiletries supplied Bedding was soft luxury..Hilton pillows ! Helpful staff.. Small kitchenette Lift to all floor Stored main luggage whilst I travelled for 5 days.
For a 5 star hotel rooms were too small. Was not value for money. Had I stayed at Hilton or intercontinental would have cost me 8k extra. The breakfast was not value for money. Location was ok.
Superior buffet and service that Hilton is known for. The indoor pool and gym facilities were appreciated after a holiday of self indulgence.
I like everything in Hilton tokyo hotel. It is always my best stay in Tokyo except this time.
Cos it was Hilton
They recognized my Hilton gold status and provided a room upgrade. Best service ever!!!
We needed an affordable room for our last night in Tokyo close to our colleagues at the Hilton. We were really happy with the location of Grand Fresa because of the close proximity to 2 different train lines, having a Lawson's inside the building, across from shops and supportive staff. The hotel/room is well maintained and we liked that you provide amenities for people to pickup without having unnecessary items in the room itself.
This is my second time staying at this facility. The staff is always polite and respectful to me and the other guests. Their attention to detail when it comes to meal prep and cleanliness is stellar. Lastly, I genuinely felt that most of the staff were curious and were interested in who they were accommodating, it’s walls nice to have a meaningful conversation with those who are hosting you.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.prime location, just a few meters from the Hilton train and bus station. They thought of everything; they even provided cosmetics, pyjama’s, hair clips, bath salts
