They offer a free shuttle bus from/to the airport that makes it the best hotel for people with early flights or a short stay in Jakarta. The room is clean and comfortable and they also have a good customer service. The swimming pools and spa facilities are very well maintained.

I would stay there again just for the ease of transfer on arrival, which I can't overstate, was amazing. The restaurant is lovely and I had a very good and welcome meal there that evening. The breakfast choices the next morning were also very good. The leisure area is lovely again with attentive, helpful staff a huge swimming pool, sauna and steam room.
