Kauri Coast Holiday Park is 25 minutes' drive from Kai Iwi Lakes and 30 minutes' drive from Waipoua Forest. There is a small shop on-site where guests can purchase basic provisions. The nearest supermarket is 30 minutes' drive away in Dargaville. The quiet location near the forest listening to the birds. Very well equipped, clean and light unit.

Just a 2-minute walk from the beachfront, Camp Waipu Cove features bungalows with patios and outdoor furniture. Free on-site parking is available.

All bungalows feature a refrigerator, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Some feature a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV and DVD player. Brand-new, stylish, tasteful, clean and functional space just right for a couple. We stayed in an accessible apartment, and even though neither of us use a wheelchair, we have friends who do and we can vouch for this house being ‘wheelchair friendly’. Flyscreens on the windows enable you to enjoy fresh air without being attacked by insects in the evening, what a brilliant idea. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and able to jumpstart cars with a flat battery - as was the add with ours, oops. The entire campground is well kept, has good facilities and a good recycling program. And of course the region and the beaches there are gorgeous!!!

Waitangi Holiday Park provides an ideal base to explore Northland and the Bay of Islands. Situated on the banks of the Waitange River, it is close to Te Tii Bay and local beaches.

This holiday park is within walking distance to the Paihia village and a short ferry trip to Russell. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes' walk away. Within 10 minutes' walk is the Historic Waitangi Treaty Grounds where you can discover how New Zealand began in 1840. Absolutely loved our stay here good for the family and very serene surroundings that back on to the water, beautiful views to enjoy, highly recommend

Located on the Karikari Peninsula, this holiday park is just 100 metres from Perehipe Beach. All accommodation features a patio and refrigerator. Guests enjoy a children’s playground.

Whatuwhiwhi TOP 10 Holiday Park is 4 minutes’ drive from Karikari Estate Winery and 4 minutes’ drive from Carrington Resort Golf Course. Kaitaia is 40 km away. The location and view from the villa was very nice.

Nestled amongst tall trees with plenty of shade, Pukenui Holiday Park is just 500 metres from the beautiful Houhora Harbour. Each of these holiday cabins includes an outdoor patio and some have a private bathroom. Excellent location for exploring the far, far north. A picturesque peaceful spot .

Ahipara Holiday Park features an outdoor seating area with free gas barbecues, plus a large lounge and dining area with fireplace and a satellite TV. Guests have access to shared kitchen and laundry facilities. Large park motel unit. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space in the two bedroom unit with comfy sofas in the living space. Large deck with outdoor table was a bonus. The grounds are beautiful with lush tropical planting too. Right near 90 Mile Beach.

Bay of Islands Holiday Park offers units and cabins, some fitted with a kitchen. Tent and power sites for campervans and caravans are also provided. On site parking is available for boats and trailers. Pets can be accommodated in camp sites and basic cabins only No pets allowed in tourist, studio units. The entire manaaki of this place was outstanding. Thank you very much for hosting a short notice space for our Hapū lunch, when our marae became unavailable due to a tangihanga. Your support in this matter was amazing. The cleanliness of the self contained units, cabins, communal kitchen, ablution blocks and house, the property and facilities, volley ball space, carpark area, playground area, space for sporting activites, pool and riverside for swimming were definitely highlights for family highlights. A fantastic place for families - absolutely highly recommended.

Located just 2 minutes' drive from Whangarei, this holiday park features free on-site parking, a children's playground and a guest lounge. Whangarei Central Holiday Park guests enjoy a communal kitchen and BBQ facilities. Spacious room, comfortable bed, all necessary facilities on site. Staff very friendly, although I met them only online. I have arrived late but they managed to give me all necessary instructions and were happy to help.

Set on 14 acres, this holiday park is surrounded by a protective area for native New Zealand wildlife such as kiwi and weka birds. It is 5 minutes’ drive from the Russell ferry terminal and within 5 minutes' drive of Oneroa Bay. Paihia is 35 minutes’ drive away. Very friendly couple running this park, even though it was the off-season, rhey did everything possible to point us in the direction of activities to do and things to see. Absolutely beautiful location..
