Ajaloolises hoones paiknev puhkepark Alqueiturismo - Casas de Campo on 12 km kaugusel Guarda katedraalist. Basseinist avaneb vaade mägedele. Everything here is superb. Our unit was on 2 floors - all spotless. Far more space than we needed. Wonderful gardens with a large pool. Parking right outside our apartment. The property is secure with gated access. Gorgeous views all round. A really lovely place. Highly recommend We ate at a super local restaurant called “Ponto de Encontro”. 3 courses for 2 people plus drinks and all for €37. A great stopover and only sorry it was just for one night

Eiras do Dão asub Penalva do Castelos, 24 km kaugusel Viseu katedraalist, Viseu Misericordia kirikust ja 41 km kaugusel Montebelo golfiklubist Viseu. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade mägedele ja aiale. The location is great and accessible. The owner is a fine person and very caring. I locked myself out in the evening and had to call her to help me get in to my room and she came with a smile and a piece of cake that she just baked that evening.  I enjoyed the restaurant she recommended, Recordo. My room was a stand alone house, compact and cozy. Hope to return next time around.

Aia ja konditsioneeriga Quinta do Lameiro asub Taroucas, 13 km kaugusel Püha Neitsi Maarja Varjupaigast ja 22 km kaugusel Douro muuseumist. This was my second time at Quinta do Lameiro, so I already knew what to expect. However, the last time there was no pool in the Bungalows area. Now that there is, it's an advantage. Two pools with different depths. Terrific addition!

Casas do Juizo - Country Houses asub Juizo küla keskuses. See on 8 maalähedasest majast koosnev maaturismikompleks. I think this is the perfect place to stay and travel around the central part of Portugal, visiting small towns and castles. I am talking about Penedono, Meda, Trancoso, Pinchel, Almeida and many other places of interest. This place, Casas do Juizo, is very clean and well maintained. The room is modern in within "medieval" walls and has everything you need for living and cooking. The host, Monica, is very nice and friendly, she speaks very good English and we had no problems communicating. Was offered a very tasty welcome drink and some Easter bread and cheese during our stay, this was Easter time. The village itself is a very calm and quiet place to relax. I would like to recommend Casas do Juizo for all local travelers and foreigners traveling in Portugal.

Chalês - Maria Alva asub Marialvas. Kohapeal on privaatne bassein, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. Basseinivaatega majutusasutusel on terrass. A first class property tucked into a charming little village. It more than met my expectations. Just out the gate you are surrounded by history. Inside it is spotless, comfortable and stocked with all one needs. My hosts were attentive to my presence which added to the experience.

O Palheiro asub 21 km kaugusel Montebelo golfiklubist Viseu. Kohapeal on terrass, aed ja baar. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Wonderful view, home completely renovated, comfortable and magnific. Extremely calm location, to get rest. Paula was extremely attentive with us. Our dogs also loved journey

Quinta da Abadia asub 11 km kaugusel Mangualde Live kunstlikust rannast. Kohapeal on terrassiga majutusruumid, välibassein ja tasuta jalgrattad. Ideal and high-quality condition of the room 🤩 The room is of a high level. It was wonderful😻. A large green area with a river and a small waterfall; there is plenty to walk around the area. The sound of a waterfall delighted us at breakfast every day. Comfortable summer terrace and barbecue area. Friendly, attentive, caring hotel owner 🤗 Does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Trancoso Ecohouse asub 33 km kaugusel Longroiva kuumaveeallikatest. Kohapeal on hooajaline välibassein, aed ning konditsioneeri, rõdu ja tasuta WiFi-ühendusega majutusruumid. We arrived early in the evening and asked Miguel for a recommendation for a restaurant. He led us in his car (we followed in our car) right to a restaurant, then he went in and spoke to the people there (they didn't speak a lot of English) to let them know what we were looking for. This was SO HELPFUL! We never would have found a restaurant that night. Thank you Miguel! We had a great dinner.

Casa Matilde - Alombada Family Lodge asub Águedas, kõigest 26 km kaugusel Aveiro munitsipaalstaadionist. Kohapeal on hooajaline välibassein, aed ja täispäevane valve. It’s such a beautiful property up in the hills above Águeda. Access to a river beach. Each hut is its own little hideaway. The owners are just the sweetest. I wasn’t sure if I could get there without a car, and they arranged at first for a taxi to get me in Aveiro, and then when I said I could take the train, they had him get me in Águeda. They also took me out with them to a concert one night. I’ll definitely go back!
