Ahead of visiting the area for my partners birthday, hotel staff really went the extra mile to make our stay that much more special. the staff decorated our room with birthday balloons, and even left a birthday card with 2 drinks on the house at the hotels bar! Staff were amazing throughout our stay, rooms are clean and well equipped, nothing was too much trouble. would 100% stay here again.TeaganYoung couple

The staff were very good and gave me a full refund. However, I booked a holiday inn express in Manchester next month and I am now worried about this hotel as in same chain.

Room was on the top floor [Penthouse Suite Lol] great views overlooking Swindon and lovely breakfast!! Internet connection was not the best but that was not a particular issue or effect our stay to much. Friendly polite staff we look forward to staying again and excellent value for money that exceeded our expectations!! Well done Holiday Inn Express Swindon City Centre.
