This property was exceptional and the value for the money was great. Location was an awesome location next to grocery store, bowling alley and a few restaurants.

We chose to stay here, because typically you can’t go wrong at a Holiday Inn Express. This location was the exception. It was horrible. Dark and unsafe parking lot, dirty room that had not nearly enough lighting, we had to ask them to clean the sheets and behind the beds, bathroom door didn’t close fully, bathroom was tiny and had mold on the walls, I could go on and on. we are very dissatisfied! the night staff was wonderful, day time staff was horrible!

I did leave a small tip. I don’t like the housekeeper walking in before check out time though. It happens before 11am, then when I advised that I requested late check out, she still came back and interrupted us before noon.
