Nice restaurants close by as well.

It is set 32 km from Forum Confluentes and provides luggage storage space. The homestay has private entrance. Everything was so clean, nice and practical. Jochen even provides additional things like toothpaste, toothbrush, snacks, coffee etc. It felt amazing to stay in his place. There was no noise. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe. You can park right in the front. Jochen is a very kind host too.

At the homestay, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Annette greeted us very warmly and made sure that we were able to eat out at the restaurant of our choice in the evening. Sumptuous breakfast. We would wish to have stayed longer to enjoy the garden and the surroundings of Hinterweidenthal.

It was also maybe the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. They also made late check-in very easy. If I were ever in Cochem again, I would stay here for sure.

The bathroom was huge, the towels were fluffy and colorful. Our room included an air conditioner, but it was cool enough we didn’t need it. The location is within walking distance of the town square where the restaurants are all located. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and there is plenty of space in the shared refrigerator. I was concerned about the proximity to the railroad tracks and the possibility of noise from trains keeping us awake, but this was not an issue at all.
