“Nice Bed Nice Bathroom Well-functioning A/C Nice Staff”
“The staff is very polite and welcoming. The room is clean, clean bed sheets and pillow sheets. Too many towels in the washroom which make it very convenient.”
“The service here was unbelievable. Everywhere in Toronto was booked out and the guy did me a deal so I didn't have to pay too much. The location is the best in Toronto, right in the heart of Kensington market. There was a mix up on one night that was no fault of theirs and they gave me a refund for the night.”
“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were warm and comfortable and the view from the rooftop is really nice”
“Everything was great! Location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, comfy beds...I even managed to sing a couple of songs during the karaoke night! Also, at the hostel you canget good deals for Niagara Falls and Eastern Canada tours.”
“Absolutely everything! Great stay, very friendly and helpful man at front desk who made me feel very welcome. For the facilities, I honestly can't believe this is a hostel. It's certainly on the high end of the scale. Bathrooms were always clean and tidy and the whole place cosy and warm! I paid a few more dollars for an upgrade to a twin private room which was entirely worth it. Location is good too. Not far from Sherbourne subway station so you can easily get downtown. I highly recommend this place and shall return on my future visits to Toronto.”
