The staff at the reception was extremely helpful. The room was very clean. The area around the hostel is very safe with a police station located just on another side of the road. Easy to get to with luggage. Great location to walk from and reach the lake and restaurants and bars around town. Comfortable, modern generic but functional rooms with excellent blackout blinds and good beds. Room was quiet despite being so central. Reception is modern, fast checkin/out, and with knowledgeable and helpful staff. It felt very safe. You get a free travel card for Geneva with the hotel stay.
