I booked a business room with an air condition because of health issues. The air condition refused to work after the first night, and the safe deposit box also ceased working. The former was fixed towards the end of our stay, which was an issue. However, the hotel gave us a complimentary meal, which was so excellent that it quite frankly made up for any inconvenience.
