The staff was very friendly and helpful during each of my encounters. The location of the hostal was ideal; very close to the bus station, taxi stand, and to excellent restaurant's and bars. The facilities were impeccably clean throughout my stay.

Delicious breakfast. Johan was very helpful in helping us pick activities and restaurants. He helped me solve a problem with our next hotel and with my phone as well. The location was awesome as it was fairly quiet (we stayed in Banos during a festival so there was some parties near by but more quiet than staying closer to the town’s center) and the view of the river was beautiful.

I loved this place, I would have stayed longer if I could. It's a 7 minute walk to the main square (according to Google) and I loved the location as it was close but away from the noisy streets. I slept so well here, really quiet room and big comfortable bed. It's a very friendly family run business.

The whole fmly who run this hostal are very friendly & hospitable especially Veronica. She not only answers all my questions but also helps me to book a room in Cuenca. The room is clean daily & fresh towel change everyday. It always smells nice inside the room. The dining room with the waterfall view is the best. Hostal is near the center but very quiet.
