The staff really are suberb and the people in the hostel in general were very nice and respectful. It seems most people are there for a more permanent stay, which does mean there is a lot of stuff and baggage, so the rooms are cramped, however, everyone is trying to be quiete the whole day as people are sleeping, definitely not a place to have a room banger. Also the facilities were cleaner than in most hostels I’ve been to, also probably because the people living there take care of their surroundings even though some stuff were not in best shape.

the ground floor pub is fancy, 2 lock number and locker are safe. The receptionist guy Omer explained me everything in this hostel so kind. worth it to stay if you visit in central London.

Great location a few mins walk to Beckenham Junction station and the high street where there are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants.
